IM Properties acquired Sherbourne House in Coventry with the vision to completely reimagine the building and position it as a game changing workspace with sustainability at its core. We partnered with them at the very beginning to rename, rebrand, reposition and then digitally market the space resulting in it being 80% let just a few months after PC.

We created and delivered all the marketing tools including hoarding, digital platform, brochures, drone, photography, all signage including permanent wayfinding, wall art and ongoing digital marketing consultancy.
