Everyone strives to work in a space that is perfect for them. To retain key employees, brands are increasingly on the look out for not only the very best space, location and amenities but a building brand that is relevant to them and makes them proud to work there.
We centred our big idea around ‘The perfect 10’. A building that is perfect on every level. 10 out of 10. A building to strive for and has a new reputation of being the best. We proposed the key visual element to be based around an angled ‘fraction’ line - set at 10 degrees. This was the foundation of the identity, all visual language and communications and inspired the environmental styling including the way finding signage.
